Greeting Page
The Greeting page contains preferences for the greeting users are presented with when
they connect.
Back to the outline
Check this box to show a greeting when a user connects to the server. This greeting
can provide specific information on server hours of operation, or when maintenance
is done and the server is not available.
When specific information needs to be sent to a particular person, use
Leave A Message... in the Edit menu.
Greeting Text Box
Enter the desired greeting in the text box. Even if text is in the box,
a greeting is sent only if the box is checked.
Save button
Click Save to show a new greeting. Until Save is clicked, the changes you make
do not affect what connecting users see.
Revert button
Click Revert to go back to the last saved greeting.
